It's Al's new Feather

Al is showing his new feather in his cap in an award he received at the recent District Conference. The feather was crafted by the renowned master carver & artist Stefane Bougie. Al received the award from DG Serge as recommended by ADG Etienne Perret! He will proudly display it in his home for all to see!
